"Upon arrival, staff were very attentive, friendly and gave us a full run down on the resort and activities. The farm was a lovely touch for families and very well maintained and clean. Our daughter loved visiting the animals and feeding them. Rooms were more than decent in size, spacious, clean and had a nespresso machine. Fruits were complimentary and plenty of water was provided to keep us hydrated. Amenities were well thought out. The beach and pools were well kept, clean and again staff kept us hydrated on the beach and swimming pool. Complimentary massages/facials and yoga sessions were amazing - Views at the Fresh restaurant was calming and beautiful, food was good, breakfast had a good variety. Airport transfer was efficient and comfortable. We will be back!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and were always available whenever we needed assistance. The hotel itself was spotless. Our room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and every area of the property was kept in great condition. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The staff’s professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference and helped make our trip enjoyable and stress-free. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent customer service, cleanliness, and a comfortable stay. "A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food."

"I had a great stay at this condotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making the overall experience very enjoyable. "We had an overall pleasant stay and there were many highlights during our visit. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The spa experience was exceptional. The spa’s beachfront location allowed us to enjoy the natural sound of the waves while relaxing, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The therapists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely cheerful, making the experience even more enjoyable. There are a few areas that could be improved. The room door occasionally made a loud alarm-like noise when opening or closing, which was inconvenient. The air-conditioning unit was also quite noisy and initially did not cool the room sufficiently, although the maintenance team responded and resolved the issue afterward. Additionally, there was noticeable noise coming from nearby construction or maintenance work next to our room, which affected our ability to rest. We contacted the staff about it, and while the noise eventually stopped, it took some time before the situation was addressed. Despite these issues, the outstanding service from the staff and the excellent spa experience left a positive impression on us. We appreciate the team’s efforts and hope these areas can be improved for future guests."
